Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge, retail math, and effective selling techniques. Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize losses. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that drive outbound sales efforts. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability. Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain market competitiveness. Experience Proven experience in a sales management role within a dealership is preferred. Strong understanding of retail math and inventory management principles. Demonstrated ability in outside sales with a focus on achieving targets. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Exceptional public speaking skills for presentations and team meetings. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service in all interactions.
