The ideal candidate will live in Riverside, CA or surrounding area.
Responsibilities:
Assist the territory sales manager in achieving sales targets and market growth Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts and territory Present product demonstrations and educate dental professionals on the benefits and usage of dental implant products Build strong relationships with dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, and other dental professionals Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring product satisfaction Conduct follow-ups and maintain regular communication with clients. Offer on-site technical support during implant surgeries and product procedures Train clinical staff on product usage and best practices Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio and industry advancements Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account records in the CRM system Manage product inventory and coordinate orders with supply chain teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and training departments Attend sales meetings and trade shows to showcase our products and stay updated on industry trends Assist in creating materials for sales meetings and presentations
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships Technical aptitude to understand product specifications and clinical procedures Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Adaptability in fast-paced environments High attention to detail Ability to travel within the assigned territory including overnight trave as necessary Valid driver’s license
Requirements:
B.S. required and/or equivalent work experience required 1 year of previous business to business sales experience desired Background in dental implants or clinical environments is a plus
