Compensation:

 $45,000•60,000 DOE + commission Junior•First year

OTE:

$60,000•70,000
Senior•First year

OTE:

$80,000•100,000 Year 2 = $100k+
Year 3 = $120K+

What You’ll Be Doing:

Building and expanding relationships with business leaders in administration, human resources, marketing, legal and other professional areas
Leveraging your professional network to identify new business opportunities
Acting as a strategic consultant to help businesses navigate hiring challenges and workforce planning
Collaborating with recruiting teams to match client needs with customized solutions
Attending networking events and participating in industry organizations to grow and deepen your connections What You’ll Need to

Be Considered:

At least 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience in a single role (not consumer sales)
A well-connected professional network
High volume cold calling experience
Active involvement in professional organizations or ongoing industry networking
