Director of Luxury Real Estate Keller Williams Vestavia 3595 Grandview Parkway, Birmingham, AL 35243 As a Luxury Real Estate Division Leader, you will spearhead and oversee the operations of the luxury segment within the real estate agency. Your role is pivotal in driving business growth and establishing the agency’s prominence in the luxury market.
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of luxury real estate agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
Business Development and Strategy:
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the agency’s presence and market share in the luxury real estate sector. Identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential partnerships to drive growth and enhance the agency’s reputation in luxury property sales.
Marketing and Branding:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling branding strategies and marketing campaigns specifically tailored for luxury properties. Requirements:
3+ Years Real Estate Sales experience A proven Realtor in the luxury real estate sector, demonstrating a successful track record in luxury real estate sales. Comprehensive knowledge of luxury property markets, including trends, pricing strategies, and buyer behavior. Strong networking abilities with an established network of high-profile clients, developers, and industry professionals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with affluent clientele.
