Field Manager / Area Manager T-Link Wireless – Metro by T-Mobile Birmingham, AL Company Background T-Link is a metro by T-Mobile Authorized Dealer. We operate retail stores across several states. Job Description A Field Manager oversees retail stores in our four markets, responsible for KPI’s, and how our team delivers sales and services to our customers in a professional and customer-friendly manner. The Field Manager is a leadership position responsible for leading 12+ or more retail locations and 45+ total employees including Wireless Retail Sales Representatives & Store Managers. The Field Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the successful operation of their assigned retail stores in Georgia and Alabama -including but not limited to, sales, operations, customer service, hiring and developing team members. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and leads by example. Responsibilities Managing physical assets including Phone inventory & Accessories, maintaining SOS T-Mobile Guidelines. Assure that our team provides sales quality and monitors sales including cash. Increase salespeople capabilities/skills and provide the best customer service along with Participating in hiring and replace the low performance employees if no improvement. Make sure that the employees are being trained and have the right skills to serve the customer. Reviewing stores’ KPIs and educating the sales team to increase the sales, making sure stores are in the green. Supporting the Backoffice team (CCTV, inventory, and sales operations). Qualifications and Skills T-Mobile / Wireless experience 70% travel Strong communication skills.

Compensation:

Base Hourly/ Salarly plus performance bonuses. Total is $70,000 to 95,000 annually
