As a Field Sales Manager , you will take ownership of a specific market area and operate as both a top-performing sales executive and the account manager for that territory. Your mission is to build client relationships, close sales efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish. Your Role:

Own and manage a full market area as your sales territory. Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and present roofing solutions. Use a proven one-call-close sales process to finalize deals on the first visit. Build trust and maintain strong relationships as the primary contact for your accounts. Leverage referrals and inbound leads to maximize results. Track all sales activity in the CRM for transparency and follow-up.
