Full Job Description Overview:
The Installed Sales Insulation Manager is responsible for overseeing all of the Installed Insulation Centers in the company. This individual must make decisions such as: Which market to open installed insulation centers, which insulation centers should we close, what is the correct staffing level for each center, how much equipment should each center have, as well as many other major decisions concerning the installed insulation centers. This individual is also responsible for training and evaluating the installed insulation managers at each center.
Responsibilities:
Analyze the profit and loss statements for each installed insulation center. Train installed insulation managers. Evaluate our current personnel. Assist store managers, and area managers with questions regarding installed sales Work with the Installed Managers to fix specific issues. Make staffing decisions for each insulation center Review proposals and interview candidates for installed insulation manager Work on evaluating efficiency of our installers.
