Job Description
Vaco is assisting a rapidly growing client find an experienced and dynamic National Sales Director to join their executive team. The Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily sales activity and daily operations of 10 regional managers.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and execute sales strategies for the team to drive the growth of petroleum product sales. •
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets and objectives. Provide training and support to enhance sales team performance and ensure customer satisfaction. •
Sales Performance Analysis:
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary. Set goals for all territories.
Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum 7 years of experience in sales •
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team, with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. •
Industry Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of the petroleum industry, market dynamics, and key products would be a plus
