We are a small, entrepreneurial team running on the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®) , united by a shared mission: helping Alabama-based business owners get more of what they want from their companies. You’ll join a high-integrity, high-trust remote team, collaborating virtually using Ninety.io , Salesforce , and the full EOS Toolbox™. We don’t have a formal office—just high accountability and team meetings at the John Hand Club or similar Birmingham spots when needed.

ROLE SUMMARY

We’re looking for a self-starting Business Development Manager to own the systems that drive growth and visibility.

Your mission:

keep the pipeline moving, promote thought leadership, and create opportunities for client connection. What you’ll own: Managing the Salesforce pipeline and warm lead follow-ups Booking 90 Minute Meetings and Focus Days Promoting Ken’s talks, podcasts, and blog content Supporting small event coordination for prospects and connectors Managing blog and LinkedIn content calendar
