Role:

Kane Partners looking for a results-driven RegionalSales Manager to lead growth and manage key customer relationshipsin the Southeast U.S. region. In this role, you’ll be responsiblefor driving sales performance, managing key accounts, andidentifying new business opportunities. You’ll collaborate closelywith internal teams and external partners to deliver value andexceed revenue goals. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales,Magnetics.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow sales within the assignedterritory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers andchannel partners
  • Meet or exceed sales and booking targets
  • Collaborate with reps, distributors, and internal teams tosupport customer needs
  • Drive new business through lead generation, referrals, andnetworking
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, contracts, and long-term agreements
  • Partner with engineers to support design wins and technicalcustomer needs
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity; provide actionableinsights
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and reports using MSDynamics and Excel
  • Provide regular updates, including forecasts, trip reports, andcustomer feedback
What You Bring:
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • or equivalent experience
Experience:
  • 5+ years of territory sales experience in high-reliabilityindustries (e.g., aerospace, defense, medical)
  • Proven success selling electronic components or similarproducts
  • Magnetic components experience is a strong plus
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Solid understanding of electronic components and circuitbasics
  • Familiar with manufacturing processes and industrytechnologies
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (MS Dynamics preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,Outlook)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, customerservice, and sales leadership
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to sit, stand, walk, talk/hear, lift up to 25 lbsoccasionally
  • Some stooping, reaching, and vision focus required
  • Reasonable accommodations available

  • Travel up to 60% within the region
