Territory Sales Manager:

In this position, you will drive growth by seeking out new dealer customers, building long term relationships for new and repeat orders. You will aggressively source new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships through networking, cold calling, telephone sales, in person demonstrations, and other proactive sales prospecting methods. Have a proven track record and comprehensive knowledge of successful channel development in equipment and/or trailer sales markets.

Activities Include:

Represent the company with comprehensive knowledge of HardCore Trailers to prospective and existing reseller customers within a defined sales territory. Call on prospective customers in your territory accounts to increase sales and dealer locations. Conduct field demonstrations as required to complete sales orders. Establish strong relationships with dealer principals, senior management, and sales staff to train, support and promote HardCore Trailer products to increase sales within each account. Work at dealers and company regional and national trade shows to demonstrate products and develop sales opportunities. Develop a strategy and plan to effectively develop sales and manage your assigned territory to achieve your sales objectives.

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

2 years of successful channel sales experience. Knowledge of trailers is an asset. You have a strong background in account development and management, and are innovative, dependable, and a good problem solver. Good verbal and written communication skills, aggressive, self-motivated, closing ability, organized, strong time management skills. Excellent customer relationship skills. Ability to use standard notebook software applications as Microsoft Office. Familiar with Internet technologies and sales. Ability to travel overnight. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field an asset. Have a clean driving record. This is a full-time position, must be able to work 40 hours a week. Above average income potential
