WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years of experience with fitness membership sales or a similar recurring membership service 2 years of management experience Sales skills and ability to train others on the best sales practices Ability to manage and grow revenue streams in areas like memberships, fees, retail sales, and package sales Proficiency with computers, data management, CRMs, and POS systems Strong English communication and interpersonal skills Time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment Passion for fitness
