The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.   • Duties:
  • Sell new and used vehicles to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest vehicles and their features
  • Conduct vehicle walk-arounds with customers, highlighting the benefits and features of each vehicle
  • Utilize sales management software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales data
  • Collaborate with sales support team to address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership
  • Experience:
  • A sales manager with 2+ years position experience who will hit the ground running and work with current management to grow the dealership.
  • Our new car department needs additional attention so we will be looking for the right candidate to complete the team. Compensation is directly tied to the performance of the dealership.
