Products and Service Responsibilities:
Managing, initiating training and/or motivational meetings for the sales team Assisting sales consultants in closing sales transactions and exceeding sales targets Create an integrity-based culture in which everyone is held accountable Coach sales associates with effectively closing deals and provide guidance to increase sales success Developing action plans for continued business growth Build relationships with customers and employees to develop the culture we desire in our dealership, among our team and in our community. Review monthly commission sheets, productivity reports, salespersons’ monthly forecast, and profit performance with the Dealer Utilize sales data to create efficient sales strategies that will ensure the dealership supersedes unit sales quotas. Purchase used vehicles and ensure that a balanced vehicle inventory is maintained on the lot Ensure that all units sold produce sufficient gross to aid the dealership in reaching its profit objective on a monthly and yearly basis Require that standards are maintained for displaying, merchandising, and maintaining vehicles
Qualifications:
High school or equivalent required All applicants must have a minimum of TWO full years of experience and be able to provide excellent references of job history and a proven track record to be considered. Focused leadership, enthusiastic outlook, detail-orientated, impeccable sense of urgency Familiar with V-Auto, CDK, , , Dealertrack or Route-one, Valid driver’s license, satisfactory background check results and clean driving record Must be insurable by Company insurance carrier
