We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee the sales of our advanced hardware systems to industrial, defense, and aerospace clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in complex B2G (Business-to-Government) and B2B technical sales, with specific experience in navigating the unique procurement cycles and compliance requirements of the defense and aerospace industries. Primary Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the defense and aerospace sectors Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers target industries Lead the pursuit of opportunities, including responding to RFPs, RFIs, and formal bid processes Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions that address specific client requirements and challenges Coordinate with engineering, production, and support teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations Navigate complex compliance requirements, including ITAR, EAR, and other relevant regulatory frameworks Provide accurate sales forecasts and detailed reporting on market trends, competitive intelligence, and pipeline development Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events Mentor and develop junior sales team members specializing in the defense and aerospace verticals Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related technical field 7+ years of progressive experience in sales within the defense, aerospace, or related hardware systems industries Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex, long-cycle B2G/B2B environments Experience with government contracting processes, defense procurement cycles, and related compliance requirements Strong understanding of hardware systems integration and technical solution selling Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
