Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded expectations. Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Colormasters’ products and services. Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for meeting and exceeding sales goals. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Oversee the order lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing from placement to delivery. Collaborate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to meet client specifications and deadlines. Prepare regular sales reports, including account performance, forecasts, and trends. Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements in customer engagement and sales strategies. Work closely with the Senior Account Sales Manager to align efforts with overall sales objectives. Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to enhance product offerings and customer service. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Must be at least 18 years of BS degree highly preferred – business administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field Minimum of 2 years in sales, account management, or customer service role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Sales Background in Plastics or Technical Product Engineer experience is a plus. Experience and comfortable with cold calling and managing customers. Proficient technology skills in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Teams). Must have excellent follow-through skills and be able to interact with all levels of management, and different personalities to resolve any issues that arise. A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Availability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
