Business Development Account Manager Anchor Title Company 3173 Dauphin Street, Mobile, AL 36606 Job Summary Anchor Title, a fast-paced, growing title company, is currently looking for a top-notch candidate eager to fill an exciting role in Business Development Account Manager in the Mobile County area. This is a performance-based position with salary plus commission opportunity, as well as competitive benefit offerings including: medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) and more. The ideal candidate will be a driven self-starter, skilled at forming relationships and an effective and skilled communicator. Job Responsibilities Identify market opportunities aligned with local and industry growth potential and trends Grow new relationships in the real estate field including lenders, real estate professionals and attorneys Foster existing relationships through regular meetings, event attendance and communications Pursue development leads with a proven record of converting accounts to revenue generation Leverage social media, website, industry publications and networks to promote company services Educate business and community partners on insurance regulations and standards by planning, hosting and attending Anchor Title courses, as well as events and education opportunities in the community Skills and Qualifications One to two years of real estate, business development or sales experience strongly preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills required Confidence speaking in public and strong presentation skills required Ability to effectively build trust and rapport with clients required Effectiveness across departments, in teams and from top to bottom of organizations Ability to prioritize and lead multiple streams of work independently A self-starter who seeks out new opportunities for growth and development Experience with social media, advertising, public relations or marketing is required Performs other functions and duties as required as agreed upon with management About Us Anchor Title, LLC is an established Title Insurance company servicing Alabama, Florida and Mississippi.
