Salary Range:
$8,500.00 – $16,000.00 per month Benefits Monthly Base Salary Based on Experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions. Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Responsibilities Leadership:
