We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Outside Sales representative to join our dynamic team in the digital auto auction space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with dealerships, leveraging digital platforms to maximize auction participation and profitability. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the automotive sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships to promote digital auction services
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective sales strategies and campaigns
Monitor sales performance against KPIs and report on trends
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to enhance sales strategies Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the digital auto auction or live auction industry
Strong understanding of digital marketing and online sales techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Familiarity with automotive KPIs and financial metrics such as EBITDA
