We are looking Regional Manager for around 300 Units with in the area with 3 hours distance from one other. Responsibilities oversee and guide property managers, site managers, and other staff, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with company policies and regulations. develop and monitor property budgets, analyse financial performance, and identify opportunities to optimize revenue and reduce expenses. oversee marketing efforts, including advertising, tenant screening, and lease negotiations, to maximize occupancy and rental income identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and improvement, developing and implement long-term strategies to enhance property performance. generate reports on property performance, analyse financial data, and make recommendations to improve operations Additional duties may apply. Requirements Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a regional capacity or similar position. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams. Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies and project management principles. Solid understanding of profit loss management and financial analysis. Exceptional sales acumen with a track record of achieving targets. Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Ability to travel as required within the region.
