Division Vulcan Steel Products Overview Lead the sales efforts of CLP with the support of inside and outside sales teams. Responsibilities Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 8 Regional Sales Managers. Analyze territory trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to create and implement winning strategies. Collaborate and plan with all other departments to ensure customer related issues are addressed along with pushing our overall sales execution plans. Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategy with broader business goals and long-term vision. Identify market opportunities and challenge the status quo—constantly asking, “What’s next?” and “How can we win?” Use performance metrics, forecasting tools, and analytics to make informed decisions and deploy effective sales strategies. Operate with the mindset of a future Sales Manager—demonstrating vision, agility, and sound judgment in all areas of leadership. Negotiate & manage sales contracts. Regular travel is required to service customers and attend industry events. Qualifications Required 5+ years of progressive sales experience. A track record of exceeding revenue targets. Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into action and strategy into execution. High energy, self-starter, well-organized, and dedicated to continuous improvement 4-year College degree in business, marketing, or related field Experience with Salesforce.com CRM Preferred Prior experience in building materials Leadership experience MBA or advanced leadership training is a plus.
