Position Overview The Business Development Manager at Byrider is a dynamic, growth-focused role designed for individuals passionate about sales and customer relationships. While responsibilities include overseeing vehicle presentation and supporting early-stage customer engagement, the primary focus is on driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer acquisition. Success in this role hinges on strong follow-up skills, organizational prowess, and a self-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership:
Drive dealership growth by developing and executing sales strategies that attract and convert customers, focusing on those with credit challenges.
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, guiding them through the purchasing process and ensuring a positive experience.
Inventory Presentation:
Oversee the merchandising of vehicles on the lot and online, ensuring accurate listings and appealing displays to attract potential buyers.
Post-Sale Support:
Engage with customers during the initial months of ownership to encourage timely payments and address any concerns, contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and finance teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through post-sale follow-up.
Qualifications Experience:
Preferred consideration will be given to candidates with prior experience in sales, business development, or a related field; experience in BHPH or subprime lending is a plus. Similar candidates with backgrounds in rent-to-own, finance, leasing, retail management, real estate, or insurance are also encouraged to apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
Organizational Ability:
Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
