In this role, you work with our community leadership team to deliver the Morning Pointe Experience to prospective residents and their families.

Here are some of the responsibilities and duties of this role: Conducts tours and makes calls out to prospects. Demonstrates knowledge of sales strategy, process and implementation.
Participates in on-site tours, home visits, and creative prospect follow up. Facilitates and coordinates move in paperwork and transition of new residents.
Maintains departmental administrative duties.
Assists with the completion of recurring department reports.
Attends required training, in-services, and staff meetings.
Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, the achievement of safe working practices, and by practicing proper infection control measures.
Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers. Adheres to all policies and procedures of Morning Pointe Senior Living. Partners with professional referral partners to gain prospective referrals.
Responsible for meeting move-in goals monthly and meeting KPI expectations. #DANV
