Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and retention. Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns. Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure profitable deals. Utilize Salesforce software for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and reporting on sales performance. Oversee project management tasks related to business development initiatives. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expansion or improvement in services offered. Qualifications Proven experience in business development or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management.
