Key Responsibilities Lead Sales Team:

Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Manage Sales Operations:

Oversee daily sales operations, monitor sales activities, and ensure adherence to dealership sales standards and policies.

Set and Achieve Sales Goals:

Develop strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve dealership profitability targets and increase market share.

Customer Engagement:

Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction through effective sales processes and relationship management.

Inventory Oversight:

Coordinate with inventory managers to maintain optimal vehicle inventory levels aligned with sales forecasts and market demand.

Performance Analysis:

Regularly review sales performance metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Collaboration and Communication:

Facilitate effective communication between sales, finance, service, and administrative departments to streamline dealership operations. Qualifications Previous Automotive Sales Manager experience is required. Minimum 2 years of automotive sales manager experience required. Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals. Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership management software. Valid Driver’s License required. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary +
