Cultivate long-term relationships with customers, providingexceptional service, problem-solving, and successful implementationof solutions. Act as the primary contact throughout the sales cycleto ensure customer satisfaction. Client Details Our client is aleading manufacturer specializing in custom-molded rubber productsand services. With a strong focus on engineering excellence andmaterial science, they provide flexible and innovative solutionsfor industries such as transportation, medical, consumer, andindustrial markets. Their offerings include custom rubber molding,precision die-cutting, metal-to-rubber bonding, and full-scaleproduction services, ensuring high-performance rubber componentsthat exceed customer expectations.

Description Opportunity Creation:

Leverage existing relationships and create new ones to drivebusiness growth. Develop and execute sales strategies to increaserevenue within assigned accounts or territories.

CustomerRelationship Management :

Cultivate long-term relationships withcustomers, providing exceptional service, problem-solving, andsuccessful implementation of solutions. Act as the primary contactthroughout the sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction.

Technical Expertise :

Serve as a subject matter expert for thecompany’s products and materials, working closely with customers’technical teams to understand their needs and collaborate withinternal engineering teams to develop effective solutions. Workdirectly with customer’s technical teams to understand productrequirements and facilitate solutions with the internal engineeringteam.

Sales Operations & Reporting :

Maintain and develop reportingsystems to track sales activities, project progress, and customerinteractions. Monitor sales metrics and assist in forecasting andstrategic planning.

Market and Competitive Analysis :

Conductmarket research and track competitor activities to stay ahead oftrends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Trade Shows & Networking:

Represent the company at industry events, promoting products,generating leads, and establishing new business opportunities.

Profile 5 years of experience in engineering or technical sales,with a focus on custom-molded rubber or plastic components,preferably within the aerospace or defense industries. Proven trackrecord of achieving or exceeding sales targets and growing customeraccounts. Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plansthat align with customer needs and industry trends. Experiencemanaging customer relationships, opportunities, and pipelineswithin a CRM system. Exceptional communication and negotiationskills, both oral and written. Ability to work independently andmanage long-term projects effectively. Willingness to travel up to50% for overnight trips as required. Bachelor’s degree inEngineering or a related field is preferred.
