General Sales Manager National Auto Mall 1700 East Merritt Island Causeway, Merritt Island, FL 32952 Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of sales management principles. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage inventory, support sales initiatives, and foster relationships with clients. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as effective communication is key in our diverse market. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and enhance market presence. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals. Manage inventory levels and optimize stock to meet customer demand while minimizing excess. Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales tactics. Provide exceptional sales support by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
