You’ll play a key role in training, inspiring, and influencing industry professionals, while working in a fast-paced, creative sales environment where innovation is celebrated and your contributions truly make a difference. Beyond sales, you’ll manage and mentor designers and dealers (and their staff), forge lasting partnerships, and guide them through your premium product range, all with the support of a dedicated internal sales team. By educating designers and staff on how to bring their clients’ visions to life, your expertise and passion in bathrooms (or similar) will make a significant impact on this rapidly expanding company. Service Territory This role requires the successful candidate to be based in SE Florida, with ability to travel to the Miami to Palm Beach region due to client coverage and business needs. About You You excel in face-to-face dealer sales, spending time on the road building connections and securing new business, with a talent for educating and influencing showroom staff and designers. A true team player, you collaborate well within a supportive environment while being self-driven to exceed sales targets and KPIs. You naturally build long-term, trusted relationships and excel at matching products to the unique needs of each client.
