Business Development Executive About Tech Army, LLC:

Tech Army, LLC is a leading IT Consulting and Staff Augmentation company based in Plantation, Florida. We specialize in providing strategic IT business solutions across industries, including Information Technology, Defense & Aerospace, Retail, Education, Healthcare, Engineering, and Insurance. As we expand our U.S. presence, we are seeking a highly motivated Client Acquisition Manager to drive business development efforts, particularly within government agencies and large enterprises. This role is open to full-time employees or professionals on a consulting/commission basis.

Role Overview:

Client Acquisition Executive Federal & Enterprise IT Services Tech Army is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Client Acquisition Executive to support our sales and business development efforts for IT consulting and staff augmentation services. This entry-level position will focus on engaging with U.S. government agencies and large private organizations. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn federal contracting processes, support relationship-building efforts, and assist senior team members in developing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Support & Relationship Building:

” Assist in maintaining relationships with federal, state, and private sector clients. ” Support outreach efforts to procurement/contracting officers (COs/KOs). ” Participate in client meetings alongside senior team members.

Market Research & Strategy Support:

” Conduct research on industry trends and contracting opportunities. ” Help align findings with Tech Army’s growth strategy.

Lead Generation & Outreach:

” Support lead generation efforts via research, cold outreach, and event follow-ups. ” Help schedule and prepare for client meetings and presentations.

Sales & Proposal Support:

” Assist in preparing sales pitches, proposals, and marketing content. ” Help track sales activities and maintain CRM records.

Collaboration & Reporting:

” Work closely with internal teams to gather data for proposals. ” Provide support on performance tracking, pipeline status, and client updates.

Client Relationship Development:

” Help nurture existing client relationships through timely follow-ups and service support. ” Support efforts to identify new opportunities within existing accounts.

Networking & Events:

” Attend industry events and support Tech Army’s presence at conferences. ” Assist with client visits and event planning logistics.

Partnership Assistance:

” Support collaboration efforts with prime contractors and subcontractors. ” Assist in building connections within the federal procurement ecosystem.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:

” Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. ” 0 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles. ” Interest in government contracting and public sector business. ” U.S. citizens with security clearance (active or past) preferred.

Industry Interest & Aptitude:

” Understanding of or curiosity about federal acquisition and contracting. ” Willingness to learn about contract vehicles, procurement processes, and staffing services.

Communication & Professionalism:

” Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ” Professional presence and the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.

Learning Mindset & Initiative:

” Eagerness to grow in a client acquisition role. ” Strong research, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Advantage:
