This role specifically focuses on pursuing new commercial construction projects and establishing relationships with existing HOAs to expand our client base. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the CCTV and card access systems market. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Provide technical expertise and consultation to clients on security solutions. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to enhance product offerings and client engagement.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the security or technology industry. Strong knowledge of CCTV and card access systems. Proven leadership skills and experience managing a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
