Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Director of Global Sales to join our team in Sunrise, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in sales processes, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and the timely delivery of products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a global sales strategy aligned with company goals. Set revenue targets and KPIs; oversee regional sales managers and international teams. Identify new markets and opportunities in commercial, defense, or business aviation sectors. Manage relationships with key global clients such as airlines, OEMs, MROs, and leasing companies. Negotiate and close high-value contracts and long-term agreements. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention across all territories. Analyze global market trends, customer demand, and competitor activity. Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to executive leadership. Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, joint ventures, or acquisitions. Lead expansion initiatives into emerging markets or product lines. Perform additional tasks as needed to support the growth and success of the business.

Qualifications:

Must have 5-7 years of aviation sales experience. Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office Proven excellent follow-up and organizational skills Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to handle deadlines and work well under pressure Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
