LEAD TOGETHER
Recruit, motivate, coach and retain a dedicated team of sales oriented, customer-facing store employees. Drive your team with effective communication and provide coaching on customer service and sales strategies. Manage and inspire a team while promoting a harmonious work environment. Demonstrate and lead by example.
EMBRACE CHANGE
Continually identifying opportunities for improvement with an eye for driving the business. Juggling the urgent matters that arise with the district and shifting priorities. Ability to adapt to sales strategies, current sales trends, market demands and company goals.

Provide a welcoming and well-maintained environment to our customers through your team and effective facility maintenance. Communicate effectively and respectfully with customers, colleagues and team-members. Qualifications Demonstrated leadership in building, developing and retaining high-performing teams of hourly employees in a retail, sales, service or related industry. Multi-site location experience required. Proven track record of first-class performance. Exceptional communication, people skills, and time management skills. Proficient in MS Office and web-based systems. Passion for customer service excellence and coaching staff. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Benefits Annual compensation to include a base pay of $90,000 with a potential of up to $120,000 with a metrics-based quarterly bonuses and performance based annual bonus.
