We currently represent several of the industry’s most sought after equipment product lines…featuring Matrix, Inflight, XULT, Body Solid, TRX, TAG Fitness, TKO Strength & Prism. CFP is looking to fill an outside sales position in one for the most active & fruitful markets in the country. We need an energetic, aggressive sales professional that will thrive in a fast-paced competitive environment. This is an outside sales position working out of our Sunrise, FL office-warehouse complex, responsible for promoting our products & services to customers throughout the state & market segments. Specifically, your responsibilities will include both in-person prospecting & telemarketing. Position Summary

• This should be considered an entry-level training position towards the goal of becoming a Commercial Sales Representative with your own territory.

As CFP’s Equipment Canvasser you will engage in face-to-Face communication with multi-housing decision makers in Apartment Communities, Condominiums, Clubhouse Communities, and Senior Living Facilities, as well as, Recreation Centers, Personal Training Studios, Medical Centers and Corporate Fitness Centers. You will work as part of a team to generate sales & service opportunities for our skilled Territory Sales Managers, and Service Technicians. You will perform onsite fitness center evaluations

• assessing existing fitness equipment for safety and function, measuring room for floor plans, discussing facility demographics and usage with onsite staff.

This is an effort to determine the needs of the facility, whether it be additional equipment, replace existing equipment, or repairs & maintenance.

Essential Duties:

Moving rapidly covering as many properties & fitness centers as possible within the assigned geographical territory. Accurately representing our services to prospective customers. Collect comprehensive information regarding customer & fitness equipment. Answer basic questions about CFP, its products & services. Perform callbacks and follow up calls, as directed by Territory Manager. Daily reporting on canvassing activity and leads generated. Schedule appointments for Territory Managers. Send follow up emails and confirmation emails

Responsibilities:

Assist assigned Sales Representatives in reaching targeted sales revenue goals Extensive travel throughout the state to meet customers & provide sales presentations or demonstrations, as well as cold calls. Demonstrate products to groups & individuals with direct focus on sales. Assist in establishing long-term business relationships creating future sales & referrals. Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our products & services, and that of our competitors. Produce a continuous volume of cold calls & outbound communication. Recommend & Quote products that meets specific customer needs. Complete all reporting in a timely manner. Other reasonable duties & assignments Overview

• Most CFP Support Reps will earn between $45,000
• $55,000 per year. However, the income potential is greater, as volume of sales increase. Compensation Package Includes

  Previous sales experience is a desirable for this position…but we will train the right highly motivated, personable candidate. This position requires a self-starter who has the capability to work independently without need for daily supervision. Road Warrior

• willingness & capability for travel & overnight stay (CFP pays or reimburses for all travel expenses) Knowledge of Fitness & Group Exercise is helpful.

CFP will provide factory training on the products we represent. Aggressive sales capability. Strong closing skills & thrives under pressure. Ability to fully demonstrate the products represented. Must be capable of utilizing several basic computer programs

• ACT Sales Management software, Computer Aided Design, Windows Office & Outlook.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written. Willingness to generate large volume of cold calls, email correspondences & phone calls. A clean valid Florida Driver’s License.
