Rossen Law Firm, South Florida’s fastest-growing criminal-defenseteam with 1,000 + five-star reviews, is hiring an in-office ClientCare Manager to:
- Triage the surge of inbound cases and make sure every qualifiedcaller gets a same-day evaluation.
- Coach and scale a high-performing Client Care team so we’reready for the next stage of growth.
- Close high-value prospects yourself, turning “I’m terrified”calls into confident, retained clients and lifelong Rossen Law Firmfans.

Responsibilities:

Lead & Coach:
Daily huddles, live-call barge-ins, and weekly1-on-1s with the team.

Jump On VIPs:
Personally handle the toughest or highest-valueprospects, aim for a 50 %+ close rate.
- Lock in
Cadence:
Ensure 100 % follow-up compliance andreal-time dashboard updates by tweaking scripts, triggers, andautomations.
- Own the
Numbers:
Hit
- 90 % same-day evaluations and
- 40 %team close rate; send weekly KPI reports to the CRO.

Smooth Handoffs:
Orchestrate white-glove warm transfers toattorneys, contracts signed, payments collected.

Post-Case Growth:
Run 30 & 90-day follow-up calls for reviewsand referrals, boost LTV by 15 % YoY.

Elevate Experience:
Oversee the customer journey/experience soevery visitor and client feels Ritz-Carlton care.

Update SOPs, propose A/B tests, and requestmarketing enablement that lifts conversion.

Qualifications:
- 5+ yrs high-ticket B2C or professional-services sales and 2+yrs team leadership.
- JD & Florida bar preferred (non-litigating)
- or bachelor’splus proven sales record.
- Documented team close-rate
- 40 % on $5 k+ deals.
- CRM wizardry (Salesforce), e-signature, and payment-portalsavvy.
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
- Thrive on KPIs, coaching, and rapid change.
