As our services expand, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team, focusing on driving patient conversions and supporting our Spanish-speaking clients.

Position Summary :

As the Sales Manager , you will oversee a team of sales coordinators, manage lead generation and conversion efforts, and ensure an outstanding experience for our prospective patients. You will be responsible for setting and meeting sales targets, providing leadership and coaching to the team, and developing strategies to improve patient conversion rates. Your experience in sales, leadership, and patient care will directly contribute to the success and growth of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead & Manage Sales Team :

Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of Medical Weight Loss Sales Coordinators, ensuring that they meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Sales Strategy Development :

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase patient enrollment, focusing on both lead generation and the conversion of prospective patients into enrolled clients.

Consultation Oversight :

Ensure the team conducts thorough virtual consultations, explains treatment options clearly, and effectively guides patients through the enrollment process.

Pipeline Management :

Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring that leads are being managed efficiently and follow-ups are timely to move prospects through the decision-making process.

Bilingual Communication Leadership :

Provide guidance to ensure that Spanish-speaking patients receive clear, effective communication regarding their treatment options and program expectations.

Patient Relationship Building :

Help the team establish long-term relationships with patients, focusing on retention, renewals, and referrals.

Care Coordination :

Work closely with the clinical team to ensure treatment plans are aligned with patient expectations and program requirements.

Education & Motivation :

Lead team efforts to educate patients on medication options, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle habits that encourage compliance and successful outcomes.

Technology & Operations :

Oversee the use of telehealth platforms, EHRs, and CRM tools to ensure seamless documentation of sales activities and patient interactions.

Qualifications :

3+ years of experience in sales management, medical sales, or patient coordination roles, preferably within healthcare or telehealth. Fluency in English and Spanish (both verbal and written) is required; Portuguese skills are a plus. Demonstrated leadership skills , including experience managing, training, and motivating a sales team. Proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing strategies, and driving revenue growth in a medical or health-related field. Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Familiarity with medical terminology and weight loss treatments (e.g., GLP-1s, metabolic health). Comfortable with digital tools such as telehealth platforms, EHRs, CRM , and other sales management tools. Prior experience in weight loss clinics , wellness programs, or telehealth services is highly preferred. Why Join Us?
