Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following : Account Management Development and management of the Accounts facilitating growth strategies Responsible for collecting, maintaining and correcting clients orders Work with the team on swaps and re-orders to clients to drive sales Work closely with customer service team for back-end follow up: order upload, tracking inbound and outbound shipments Liaise with our accounts department on customers’ payments Coordinate and support instore marketing initiatives & events, manage ROI reports with stores, coordinate samples. Coordinate seasonal market organization and meetings for our accounts. Conducting sales appointments when necessary Reporting and Analysis Responsible for collecting, monitoring and analyzing sales performance from our partners Create, manage and update sales, comp and sell-through reports Support the Sales team in various analytical projects : business review, sales forecasts, budget , market preparation What are are looking for: A candidate with a wide network of relevant clients Minimum 3 years of experience of National Sales / Business Development in beauty/ skincare Must have experience in online retail, preferably in the beauty/ skincare industry Experience overseeing one or more of the markets within the role’s remit a strong plus Experience in CRM

  • we use Pipedrive An understanding of Hootsuite, Sales Navigator, Social Selling Previous experience of working and presenting at ECRM & Cosmoprof Experience managing and developing others Sincere, patient, adaptable and positive attitude Eager to learn and values continued self-development Basic up to $65,000
