What You’ll Do:
Lead and grow the sales team, hitting and exceeding monthly targets Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive new business Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients Analyze sales metrics, monitor trends, and adjust strategies accordingly Collaborate with operations to ensure a seamless customer experience Coach, mentor, and empower team members to meet individual and team goals ✅
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in sales (moving, logistics, or service industry preferred) Leadership experience managing or growing a sales team Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills Passion for helping clients and building lasting relationships
