The ideal candidate will possess strong sales management skills and a proven track record in upselling and outside sales. As a Rental Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue through effective negotiation and communication with customers while ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. Duties Manage daily rental operations, ensuring efficient processes and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase rental revenue. Engage in outside sales activities to expand the customer base and market presence. Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and make informed decisions. Train and mentor staff on effective sales techniques, including upselling strategies. Negotiate rental agreements with clients to secure favorable terms for both parties. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in rental offerings. Requirements In this role, the sales manager is required to meet a target goal of $100,000 worth of rental agreements. Leads for this role will be automated through methods such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, word of mouth, Social Media Campaigns, and traffic generated from our website. In this role the Sales Manager is encouraged to think outside of the box and implement any sale-generating idea he/she thinks would benefit the business. Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the rental or automotive industry. Strong skills in upselling, negotiation, and effective communication. Familiarity with retail math concepts to analyze sales performance. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. High level of organization and attention to detail.
