Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee and drive performance across multiple locations. This leadership role is responsible for managing Sales Managers, optimizing sales strategies, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the assigned area. Prior automotive industry or car sales experience is not required—candidates with a background in retail sales management or other sales-driven industries are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate has a strong background in multi-location sales management, a proven ability to lead teams, and a strategic mindset focused on business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and support Sales Managers across multiple locations, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue, enhance customer experience, and increase market share. Analyze sales performance and market trends , providing insights and strategies for improvement. Coach, train, and mentor Sales Managers , fostering leadership development and team effectiveness. Conduct regular site visits , ensuring operational consistency, strong team engagement, and a high standard of customer service. Drive a culture of accountability and motivation , setting clear expectations and goals for Sales Managers and their teams. Ensure compliance with company policies , procedures, and industry regulations across all locations. Collaborate with executive leadership , providing feedback and recommendations to optimize area-wide performance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in multi-location sales management , preferably in retail or other sales-driven industries. Strong leadership and coaching skills , with the ability to develop and inspire high-performing teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills , fostering collaboration between locations and corporate leadership. Strategic problem-solving and analytical abilities , using data-driven insights to improve sales performance. Customer-focused mindset , ensuring a consistent and outstanding experience across all locations.
