Sales Manager Who We Are:
Cool Jewels is the leading wholesale and design company of fashion jewelry and accessories. For the last 40 years, we have offered a wide range of curated jewelry for the souvenir, fashion, trend, and conservation markets. Our mission is to provide trendy, high-quality products at competitive prices, enhancing the shopping experience for tourists and locals alike. We are currently expanding to the next generation of our growth in new retail channels and are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to add to our growing team. We are currently looking to hire one employee who will work onsite in our Hallandale Beach, Florida office.
Position Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts and driving sales growth. This role requires a sales-minded thinker with a deep understanding of the fashion and accessories market, particularly within the souvenir and tourist shop sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand market presence. Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the souvenir and tourist shop market. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management. Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to network and promote the company’s products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred or commiserate experience. 3-5 years experience in a similar sales role, preferably within the fashion and accessories industry. Strong understanding of the souvenir and tourist shop market. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel 50%, nationally as required.
