This role is responsible for the full spectrum of sales activities—from business development and high-level client engagement to coordination with the factory and internal teams—ensuring alignment with global standards and strategic objectives. Responsibilities Generate, coordinate, and manage sales activities related to yachts up to 40mts across the Americas, ensuring achievement of sales targets and profitability goals. Conduct comprehensive and constant market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics and growth opportunities within the Americas region, leveraging insights to contribute to sales strategies and forecasts. Develop and execute tailored business plans and sales strategies optimizing resource allocation to maximize revenue and market penetration. Serve as the primary liaison between the manufacturer and regional stakeholders, managing the sales cycle including order processing, proposal development, and delivery for new yachts. This role supports negotiation but does not engage in final contract negotiations. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, dealers, and brokers to enhance customer satisfaction and actively pursue new business leads. Prepare and review sales proposals ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive proprietary information including technical data, product specifications, R D projects, market intelligence, and customer details. Foster effective cross-departmental collaboration to streamline processes and ensure consistent customer experience and operational efficiency. Participate in and monitor regional marketing campaigns and public relations events, aligning with the Group’s global marketing and branding standards. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Head of Sales for the Americas. Requirements •

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field. Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) with a focus on International Business, Luxury Brand Management, or Maritime Studies preferred. •

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of related experience in sales, business development, or account management within the luxury sector—preferably in the marine, automotive, or aviation industries. Skills Strategic sales planning and business development Strong relationship management and cross-cultural communication Technical understanding of luxury yachts and high-value products Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Salesforce CRM Skilled in training delivery, presentations, and client engagement Fluent in English; Italian proficiency strongly preferred High level of discretion, organization, and professionalism Work Environment Office-based with frequent travel throughout, North America, Central America, and the Caribbean Regular presence required at marinas, shipyards, and client-facing events (e.g., boat shows, events and sea trials) International travel to company headquarters and global events Availability outside standard business hours to accommodate clients and factory time zones
