As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass company revenue goals. Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of 3 sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Identifying new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth and expand our customer base. Analyzing sales data and market intelligence to make informed decisions and optimize sales performance. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners. Recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales team members. Collaborating closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful customer journey. Preparing regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management. What we’re looking for: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or a similar leadership role in retail sales. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and drive revenue growth. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of motivating and developing sales talent. Train, coach, and develop sales reps Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and sales analytics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
