Role Summary:

We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team, drive performance, and expand our impact. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, coaching a growing team, and building the foundation to expand into regional markets. Responsibilities Lead, manage, and coach a growing team of B2C sales reps and account managers Set sales goals and develop strategies to consistently meet and exceed monthly targets Monitor pipeline metrics, lead conversion, and client retention Implement training and onboarding systems for new sales hires Collaborate with marketing and operations to align messaging and client experience Support in closing high-value deals and nurturing referral partners (rehabs, hospitals, home health) Analyze sales data and adjust strategy as needed to improve results Work closely with leadership on expansion planning and regional scaling strategy Opportunity to grow into a leadership position.
