Compensation:

Desired Skills and Experience Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively. Demonstrated experience leading, managing, and driving accountability for a sales team. At least 5 years’ experience in sales leadership, or a highly performing sales role preferably in the restaurant supply, construction, or hospitality industries. Must possess a high school diploma and a bachelor’s degree, or compensating work experience. Role & Responsibilities This position reports directly to the CEO. Sales Manager will meet weekly with the sales team to review customer activity, new opportunities, and progress of existing deals. Ability and desire to motivate, coach, and strategize with the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets. Assess the performance of specific properties and accounts in your area and develop sales plans and goals that are in line with the broader brand goals. Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships. Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits, sales tours, and community networking. Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities. Lend expertise to bring deals currently in negotiation to completion.
