What You’ll Do:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of licensed agents to exceed enrollment goals Drive daily performance while building a positive, collaborative sales culture Track KPIs, cancellations, and individual production to maximize growth and retention Support agent development with mentorship, coaching, and clear goal-setting Collaborate with leadership to scale team success and hit agency-wide targets
