Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Sales Manager who thrives in a performance-driven environment and knows how to coach, train, and inspire a team. You will oversee our team of licensed agents and ensure they’re maximizing every client interaction by: Driving the sale of major medical, dental, vision, and hospital indemnity plans Ensuring agents follow up with their pipelines and nurture upsell opportunities throughout the year Holding the team accountable for conversion rates and cost-per-acquisition Supporting ongoing training and development of agents to improve performance and compliance

What We’re Looking For:
