Job Description

Vice President of Sales 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars 7880 North University Drive, Tamarac, FL 33321 As the Vice President of Sales at ASC Global , you will hold a critical executive leadership position, spearheading the strategic direction, execution, and performance of our semiconductor sales operations across the Americas. This on-site role requires an accomplished sales leader who can drive revenue growth, lead a high-performing sales organization, and scale ASC’s presence across key markets. You will be directly responsible for managing enterprise-level customer relationships, independent representatives, and reseller partnerships, while building and executing aggressive go-to-market strategies. You will oversee all aspects of the sales organization — from pipeline development to contract negotiations — while fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities Executive Leadership :

Lead, mentor, and develop the sales leadership team and broader sales organization to achieve and exceed aggressive revenue targets.

Strategic Sales Management :

Design and implement scalable sales strategies to grow ASC’s footprint across the Americas, aligning sales goals with broader business objectives.

Key Account Ownership :

Personally manage and grow relationships with major clients, ensuring consistent revenue generation and customer satisfaction.

Market Expansion :

Identify, assess, and pursue new market opportunities and segments, developing data-driven strategies to capture emerging demand.

Forecasting & Analytics :

Provide accurate forecasting, sales reporting, and market intelligence to inform strategic planning and executive decision-making.

Process Optimization :

Continuously evaluate and refine the sales process, optimizing lead generation, pipeline management, and sales conversion efficiency.

Partnerships & Channels :

Build and expand strategic alliances, distribution partnerships, and reseller networks to maximize channel efficiency.

Customer Advocacy :

Ensure a customer-centric approach across all sales activities, driving retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value.

Team Development :

Recruit, train, and retain top-tier sales talent, instilling a high-performance culture centered on accountability and results.

Revenue & Profitability :

Drive top-line revenue while managing pricing strategies and cost structures to ensure profitability and sustainable growth. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive role in the semiconductor or electronic components industry. Proven track record of leading national or international sales teams to exceed revenue goals in a competitive B2B environment. Deep industry knowledge of semiconductor technologies, trends, and the broader electronics ecosystem. Strong strategic acumen with the ability to align sales operations to long-term business goals. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills. Data-driven decision-making capabilities, with experience in sales forecasting, CRM systems, and analytics tools. Experience in managing complex deal structures, including large-scale contracts and channel partner agreements. Preferred MBA or equivalent advanced degree. Experience scaling high-growth sales organizations or working within PE-backed environments.
