Director of Sales 1.8 1.8 out of 5 stars 4805 Tamiami Trail North, Naples, FL 34103 Full-time, Monday-Friday, weekends as needed, pay is based on experience Director of Sales & Marketing Compass Hotel by Margaritaville, Naples, FL Compass Hotel by Margaritaville Naples is seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our hotels revenue growth through strategic sales efforts and compelling marketing initiatives. What You’ll Do:
Sell Outdoor & Room Experiences :
Promote our beautiful backyard, pool, fire pit areas, and hotel rooms for both events and group stays.
Lead Marketing Strategy :
Own and execute the hotels marketing plan while collaborating with the hotel and brand team to enhance visibility and drive revenue.
Build Strong Client Relationships :
Engage with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored event and room packages.
Collaborate Across Teams :
Partner with the General Manager, operations, revenue management, and corporate marketing to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Bring Energy & Passion :
Own every aspect of the sales process, ensuring clients feel confident and excited about their events and stays.
Track & Report :
Monitor sales KPIs, ROI on marketing initiatives, and adjust strategies to ensure continued growth.
Who You Are:
A sales and marketing leader with sales experience who thrives on creativity and relationship building. Strong in organization and communication, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives.
