Business Development RepresentativeKey Responsibilities:

Develop and execute pricing and quoting strategies to achieve profit objectives within the assigned territory. Drive rental sales and revenue growth by meeting or exceeding set targets. Strengthen relationships with key customers through regular, high-quality face-to-face sales interactions. Identify and secure new business opportunities for both sales and rentals. Actively participate in business development initiatives, including Brown Bags, Tow & Shows, and industry trade associations. Stay informed on industry trends by attending relevant events and conferences. Conduct in-person and virtual customer visits across the assigned territory while managing travel expenses effectively. Maintain a deep understanding of all products, their applications, pricing structures, sales policies, and promotional offerings. Prepare accurate and detailed quotes, ensuring clarity in terms and conditions to meet customer expectations while mitigating company risk. Generate and manage sales, rental, and lease agreements, including delivery timelines based on production schedules. Promote full-service solutions, including design, installation, service, and operational support. Collaborate with branch personnel to ensure product availability and seamless order fulfillment. Maintain organized records and reports as required by management. Manage customer relationships and track sales activities using CRM software. Foster strong internal communication and collaboration with corporate and branch teams. Actively contribute to the company’s safety culture and uphold its core values.
