Full job description Our company has an exciting opportunity for an energetic motivated Business Development/ Staffing Sales professional willing to start up a new branch in their area and handle full desk responsibilities to reach profit goals! Salary/Full Time Pay:

Base pay up to $60,000 depending on experience, plus bonus (4K monthly bonus potential). Additionally, a 5% commission will be paid weekly upon successfully meeting a minimum 25K net profit goal (weekly) in assigned market! Quarterly revenues for salary increase in the first year!

Shift:

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, On-Call, Weekend availability

Staffing Sales Responsibilities:
Drive Business Growth :

Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow your account portfolio

Build Client Relationships :

Maintain strong connections with clients and top employers in the local market

Outside Sales Calls & Proposals :

Conduct daily client visits and proposals, continually working toward sales goals

Marketing & Lead Generation :

Assist with marketing campaigns to bring in new business and strengthen existing relationships

Accurate Records :

Maintain detailed records of sales activity, pricing, and client interactions

Deliver Results :

Be accountable for measurable success and positive outcomes

What We’re Looking For:
Experience :

Verifiable 3 years sales in light industrial, CDL driver placement, warehouse, and clerical staffing. 3 years

Outside Staffing Sales Skills :

Proficient with recruiting software and web applications

Personality :

Outgoing, self-motivated, positive attitude, Out of the box thinker

Sales Focused :

Goal-oriented and assertive, with a passion for learning and growing in a sales environment

Customer-Centric :
